F895NH roving has good electrical insulation performance, CTI>=600, halogen-free flame retardant; It has good mechanical properties at 180℃. It is mainly used for mechanical, electrical applications and is suitable for H class motor, transformer, carbon brush bracket, rail locomotive and other insulating structural parts.
Halogen-Free Flame Retardant × High Safety:
Utilizes a halogen-free epoxy resin system that releases no harmful gases during combustion, complying with EU RoHS/REACH environmental directives. Ideal for applications with stringent environmental requirements, such as rail transit and new energy sectors.
H-Class Temperature Resistance × High-Temperature Stability:
Withstands long-term exposure to 180℃ while maintaining exceptional mechanical strength and insulation performance in high-temperature environments like motors and transformers. Features a low thermal expansion coefficient (<=5×10⁻⁵/℃) and outstanding resistance to thermal shock.
CTI value >=600V, far exceeding conventional insulating materials (e.g., standard epoxy boards with CTI ~200–400V), effectively preventing surface leakage and arc discharge to ensure safe operation of high-voltage equipment.
Used for motor winding insulation, slot wedges, and end supports, capable of withstanding 180℃ high temperatures and high-frequency electromagnetic vibrations; transformer insulation barriers and supports meet high insulation and flame-retardant requirements.
